Hall and Hall auctions is now 2 years old. When we launched the auction divisions there were many unknowns. We were confident that many of our clients needed another solution. Just as not all properties are best marketed through the auction process, we knew that not all properties and seller situations would be best served through the private treaty approach. During the past two years we have marketed more than $100 million dollars of properties through auctions. From Midwest farmland to Texas ranch land and Montana recreational properties, we have been able to help multiple clients accomplish their objectives and sell their properties. At the same time, we have allowed buyers to put packages together that met their purchasing objectives. Our unique auction process allows both buyers and sellers a freedom to complete a transaction in a way that meets their needs.
