In my south Jersey neighborhood alone I have seen over 10 empty houses with numerous posted notices on the doors indicating that the house was a foreclosure. Some of the houses were occupied 6 months ago, if the governor was so keen on making New Jersey a better state like he is always implying, why is he sitting on this? Some of these people have lost their jobs in this economy and have lost homes they lived in for 20+ years, how can he justify it by saying he was "waiting to see" what the court is going to do?! Unbelieveable!
It is seen that purchasing foreclosed homes in NJ is exceptionally viable. Dispossessions are on the expansion and a couple of property holders can hold their home any longer. With a developing number of foreclosed properties appearing available to be purchased, land buyers will have a lot of properties to select from.
